A backflow flap can avoid the entry of
backpressure sewage from the public sewer system into your house. But if the water has a high level of solids, the flap will not be able to close correctly.
If sewage water is generated from within the house (e.g. drainage of washing machines and bathtubs etc.), flooding from the inside occurs.
